A robot that welcomes your customers and talks about your business

A humanoid at the entrance of your store greets, guides, answers questions with your business information and becomes the photo your customers share. We program it with a custom script, an operator stays by its side, and we install it by the day or for a season.

3-day pilot from $6,900, with an operator and a custom conversation script.

Where it works best

01

Malls and retail

Welcomes people at the entrance, points to stores and promotions, and poses for photos.

02

Dealerships and showrooms

Presents the product, explains its features and hands off to sales with the interest already identified.

03

Hotels and corporate lobbies

Welcomes visitors, guides them and answers the usual questions.

04

Banks, clinics and service offices

Manages the wait, explains procedures and hours, and frees staff for what needs a person.

05

Openings and seasons

A robot host for a store opening, the holiday season or a one-off campaign.

How we set it up

  1. Script and knowledge. What it has to say, which questions it answers and when it hands off to a person.
  2. Voice and personality. Your brand's tone, in English or Spanish, with its own name if you want.
  3. Routines. Greetings, gestures, photos and, if it helps, a rehearsed show number.
  4. Test and go-live. On-site rehearsal, route adjustments and battery time slots.

Frequently asked questions

Does the robot really hold a conversation?

Yes, within what we teach it. We build a conversational layer with your business information (products, hours, promotions, FAQs) and a script for key moments. It answers by voice in English or Spanish and, when a question goes off topic, hands off to a person.

Can it serve a coffee or carry things?

As a show number, yes: the humanoid hands over a cup or a flyer in a programmed, rehearsed routine. We don't promise autonomous object handling. If you need plates carried all day, a table-service robot is a better fit, and we work with other brands too.

Does it work all day?

A lightweight humanoid has about one hour of battery, so we plan time slots with charging breaks, or two units taking turns.

Does it come with an operator?

Yes. One of our people is always near the robot: the manufacturer advises against operating it within one meter of groups of people, children or the elderly, and with customers around that's non-negotiable.

Does it record my customers?

The robot needs cameras and microphones to work, but we don't use facial recognition and we don't keep recordings unless you ask for it and it's disclosed with signage. Several states require everyone's consent to record conversations, and some regulate biometric data: we set it up for your state.
